distinct packages which are designed to suit everyone from
the ‘professional’ landlord to someone who is
letting a single property for the first time. The table
below outlines the packages and services offered
Our Rates
Full Management Package
Monthly cost of 15% plus VAT of the agreed rent plus tenant
introduction fee of one week’s rent plus VAT. Tenant
introduction fee includes administration, advertising, contract
preparation etc. The monthly fee is due for the whole duration
of the tenant’s stay at the property, or the term
of the contract, whichever is longest.
Rent Collection Package
Monthly cost of 10% plus VAT of the agreed rent plus tenant
introduction fee of one week’s rent plus VAT. The
monthly fee is due for the whole duration of the tenant’s
stay at the property, or the term of the contract, whichever
is longest.
Let Only Package
Three weeks’ rent plus VAT and an additional one week’s
rent plus VAT on existing tenant tenancy renewals - No other
deductions. WARNING - the Let Only Package is only suitable
for those with experience.
